  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chunks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add the brownie mix to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined; the dough will be thick and sticky. If too dry, add 1 tablespoon of water.
