Tender steak bites and cheesy tortellini coated in a rich, creamy garlic sauce—perfect for a comforting dinner in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 package (10 ounces) cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak pieces generously with salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the steak and set aside.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and add butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add the Parmesan cheese and the remaining Italian seasoning. Whisk until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened (about 3-5 minutes).
  6. Return the steak to the skillet, then add the cooked tortellini. Toss everything together until well-coated in the sauce.
  7. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed. Sprinkle with parsley for garnish.
  8. Serve immediately while warm and creamy.
