A simple and quick recipe for fudgy brownies made with just Nutella, eggs, and flour. These brownies are rich, moist, and perfect for busy days or any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (280g) Nutella
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting later. If you don’t have parchment, lightly grease the pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup (280g) Nutella and 2 large eggs at room temperature. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is glossy and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Fold in 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour gently with a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly, smoothing the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Start checking at 20 minutes by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out with a few moist crumbs but not wet batter.
  6. Cool completely in the pan. Use the parchment overhang to lift the brownies out before slicing into squares.

Notes

Use room temperature eggs for a smoother batter. Do not overmix after adding flour to keep brownies fudgy. Check baking time closely to avoid drying out. Cool completely before slicing. Optional: soften Nutella in microwave for 15-20 seconds if too stiff.
