Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken: Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss until fully coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
