These irresistible pumpkin spice pretzel bites are the ultimate fall treat, combining the warmth of cinnamon and nutmeg with the salty chew of pretzels. Perfect for snacking, sharing, or gifting during autumn gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons melted butter, 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix. Set this aside for later.
  4. Add 4 cups of mini pretzels to the pumpkin-butter mixture. Toss gently until all the pretzels are evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the coated pretzels to the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out in an even layer.
  6. Sprinkle the sugar-pumpkin spice mixture evenly over the pretzels.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking. The pretzels are ready when they are golden and fragrant.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the pretzel bites cool completely before serving.
