A light, bubbly, and refreshing sparkling party drink bursting with fresh raspberry flavor, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled prosecco
  • 1 cup (about 125 grams) fresh raspberries, washed and patted dry
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) raspberry liqueur (optional)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) simple syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • A handful of mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients at least 2 hours before assembling to keep the punch cool.
  2. Prepare simple syrup if making homemade by combining equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool completely before use.
  3. Squeeze lemons to get about 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice and strain out seeds.
  4. In a large punch bowl, combine prosecco, raspberry liqueur (if using), lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently to mix.
  5. Add chilled sparkling water or club soda and stir gently.
  6. Add fresh raspberries and gently stir once to distribute.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
  8. Serve immediately in glasses with a few raspberries and a mint sprig each. Add ice cubes if desired, but beware of diluting the flavor.

Notes

Chill all ingredients beforehand to avoid watering down the punch with ice. Stir gently to keep prosecco bubbles intact. Prepare lemon juice and simple syrup ahead of time if desired. Add bubbly components and raspberries just before serving for best fizz and freshness.
