A quick and easy snack combining creamy peanut butter and ripe banana slices wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for busy days, kids’ snacks, or a sweet treat anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 8-inch flour tortilla (whole wheat optional)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced lengthwise
  • Honey (optional, for drizzling)
  • Cinnamon (optional, a pinch for sprinkling)
  • Chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for added nutrition and crunch)

Instructions

  1. Lay out your tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter evenly over the tortilla, leaving about a ½-inch border around the edges.
  3. Slice your banana lengthwise into thin strips about ¼ inch thick and place them in a line down the center of the peanut butter-covered tortilla.
  4. If desired, drizzle a little honey over the banana slices and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds or flaxseeds on top if using.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to the other, tucking in the sides as you go to keep everything inside.
  7. Slice the wrap in half diagonally for easy eating and presentation.

Notes

If peanut butter is too thick, microwave for 10 seconds to soften. Use ripe but firm bananas to avoid mushiness. Best eaten fresh to prevent soggy tortilla. Variations include using almond butter, gluten-free tortillas, or adding chocolate chips.
