Instructions

  1. Wash the blueberries and pat them dry gently.
  2. Core and thinly slice the apple, tossing slices briefly in a splash of lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. Optional: Toast almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently until fragrant and lightly golden (about 5-7 minutes). Let cool completely before assembling.
