  • Buns (soft brioche or sesame seed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef mixture: In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until combined without overworking the meat.
  2. Shape the patties: Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1 inch thick. Press a small dent into the center of each patty.
